LANCE WESTERLUND Office Assistant/Assistant to the Director

Lance Westerlund joined the Parr Center for Ethics in August 2006. Lance moved to Chapel Hill in 2000 after graduating with a BS in Business Administration from Mary Washington University in Virginia. Born in the U.S. Embassy in Karachi, Pakistan, and raised in Nairobi, Kenya, Lance has had the opportunity to circle the globe, from Mexico to France to Hong Kong and back. As the Office Assistant/Assistant to the Director of the Parr Center for Ethics, he he acts as the primary point of contact for visitors and inquiries to the Center and organizes weekend seminars, public lectures, outreach programs, conferences and philosophical workshops that gather together scholars from a variety of disciplines from around the world to explore issues in detail.
