If you are interested in becoming a Parr Center for Ethics Graduate Fellow, please complete the form below.

Graduate Fellows may well be carrying on research directly related to ethics, but that is not a requirement to be a Fellow.  What we do ask and expect of Parr Center Graduate Fellows is that, whatever their research, they are involved in other ways with ethics, e.g. by contributing to the Parr Center’s Outreach efforts, or participating in ethics related workshops or reading groups, or in various ways (judging, writing cases, mentoring a team…) helping with the National High School Ethics Bowl, or by organizing ethics related events (for which the Parr Center might well provide support), or by giving talks to undergraduate or other audiences, etc.

As you will see, on the form we ask for “sharable” descriptions of your work and interests in ethics, by which we mean a description that is written for public consumption — so one that is accessible and engaging to those who are not in your field.  If you have any questions regarding the form or the duties of an Graduate Fellow, contact Sally Moore at Sallybm@live.unc.edu.
