Fellow Retreat

The 2019-2020 members of the Parr Center Fellowship went on a retreat with the UNC Ropes Course for a time of team building, on-boarding, and plenty of fun!

The on-boarding included a portion within Caldwell Hall to go over procedures and expectations for the 2019-2020 year. After figuratively learning the ropes, the fellows learned about teamwork and their leadership styles at the UNC Ropes Course. Though it was a blistering September Saturday, our students competed, worked together, and completed difficult physical challenges. Opportunities for collective growth were also illuminated at the Ropes Course. All in all, it was an exciting first annual Fellow Retreat!
