The Center Welcomes Leo Kirby
We’re excited to welcome Leo Kirby to the Parr Center for Ethics as our new National High School Ethics Bowl Director.
Leo is a 2021 graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a major in Philosophy. As an Undergraduate Fellow of the Parr Center, he worked closely with the former National High School Ethics Bowl (NHSEB) Director, Alex Richardson, on the NHSEB project team. He has already served in several distinct roles within the NHSEB: as contributor to the case set, student coach (through NHSEBAcademy), moderator, and judge. He has a deep appreciation of the program’s nature and value. Leo brings a diverse and highly relevant skillset, having previously worked as an educator at a primary school and as a producer and programmer in the video game industry.
