Richardson on Workplace Dialogue and Disagreement

In “Navigating Fundamental Differences in Values” from Conflict Managed, our own NHSEB Director, Dr. Alex Richardson speaks with former Ethics Bowl Organizer, Merry Brown, about the nature and value of dialogue and disagreement in workplaces.
